Stackers & Reclaimers Upgrading project

VEGA provided a technical turn Key solution to increase
feeding capacity of stacking and reclaiming systems :

• Supply, Install and commissioning complete solution SIEMENS
  SIMATIC S7 with HMI.
• Dismantle control conventional desk and communicate to local
  PLC S7-300 by profibus
• Supply, Install and commissioning WLAN solutions to replace
  HW cable communication with CCR by wireless system using
  WLAN access points and WLAN Antenna
• Engineering, and contains the following:
  • Design Complete architecture for whole system
  • Programming & Mimic design for the HMI by SIEMENS TIA Portal
  • Programming & Mimic design for SCADA at CCR side PCS7 V8.2
  • Configuring the WLAN controller.
• Full Operational Training on the whole new system modes
  implemented for client technical & production teams
