- Deinstallation of the motors power cables
- Supervision of the dismantle of the motors and transfer it to workshop
- Deinstallation of carbon brushes and brush holders
- Deinstallation of the brush bridges

- Replacement for NDE Bearing
- Transfer the motor to site and install the motor back
- Clean and adjust the brushes and the holders after installation
- Manufacturing and install the table for slip ring portable lathe
- Machining of the slip ring surface depending on the corresponding damages
- Measurement of the roughness depth of the already treated slip ring
- Measurement of the run out of the treated slip ring
- Check and adjust if necessary, the liquid starter
- Test run the motor decoupled
