- Cleaning the external body of the cooling tower by high
- The Provide 24/7 monitoring, operation, service and repair of all compressors, to ensure smooth and reliable compressed air supply to the plant.
- Clean air filters weekly and replace at regular interval as recommended by manufacturer
- Check oil filters weekly and replace oil filters entirely at recommended interval depending on type of machine.
- Check condition of lubricants daily and replace lubricant and oil separator element at regular interval to ensure proper and recommended lubricant is used during topping up or replacement.
- Provide plan on weekly basis for minor/major service/repair to be done on compressors excluding routine jobs like filter cleaning and housekeeping
- Lubricate motor bearings at a regular interval of 4000 hours of running or basing on operating condition
- Inspect each belt once per week to verify they are free of wear. Adjust the tension if necessary and replace each belt once wear takes place.
- On weekly bases, inspect the intake vents of each machine and clean them when necessary.
- On daily bases, check and record air drier performance, motor amps and voltage, temperature, vibration and compressor oil level
- Create and follow a defined Preventive and Maintenance Check Schedule for all machines, to be hanged at the respective machine
- Provide machine performance report to client on daily basis highlighting any problem or any issue that require attention or follow-up.
- Perform all minor and major services as recommended by compressor manufacture or as may decide by client
- Perform all minor repair and major repairs as may be required and decided by client
