Project name: Cooling Tower Services and Repair
- Cleaning the external body of the cooling tower by high pressurized water in which the cement layers and dust will be demolished.
- Open the valve of main tank for cooling water to avoid Kiln stoppage
- Remove the heat exchanger sink at the bottom of the tower for cleaning and isolation
- Remove the drift Eliminator at the top of the tower
- Dismantle the louvers for cleaning and repair
- Painting, Epoxy and isolation the internal body of the tower to protect from corrosion and increase the loss of cooling temperature inside the tower during operations
